Special Orders

You can place a special order for the following baked goods.

The order should be placed at least one week in advance.

Pick-up only at our home bakery in Minneapolis, MN

(Longfellow, 55406).

- Country Breads: A minimum of 2 loaves.

Choice of freshly-milled whole Einkorn, Kamut, Spelt, Red Fife/Rye, Turkey Red/Buckwheat.

- $8 a loaf -

- Baguettes: A bundle of 2 baguettes and 1 épi baguette, made with freshly-milled Spelt.

- $12 -

- Pain aux Graines: Seeded bread made with freshly-milled whole wheat, whole rye and whole buckwheat, with flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower seeds and buckwheat groats.

- $12 a loaf -

- Viennese baguettes: milk bread with chocolate chips.

- $24 for 8 mini baguettes -

- Viennoiseries: croissants, chocolate croissants, kouign-amanns.

- $30 for 10 croissants -

- $35 for 10 chocolate croissants -

- $35 for 10 kouign-amanns -
